Procedure Overview
The method is based on a competitive colorimetric ELISA assay. TheOlaquindox has been coated in the plate wells. During the analysis, sample isadded along with the Olaquindox antibody. If the Olaquindox residue is presentin the sample, it will compete for the Olaquindox antibody, thereby preventingthe antibody attached to the well. The resulting color intensity, afteraddition of the HRP substrate (TMB), has an inverse relationship with theOlaquindox residue concentration in the sample.
