ProcedureOverview

The method is based on a competitive colorimetric ELISA assay. TheTrenbolone antibody has been coated in the plate wells. During the analysis,sample is added along with the enzyme-conjugate. If the target is present inthe sample, it will compete for the antibody, thereby preventing the HRP frombinding to the antibody attached to thewell.The resulting color intensity, after addition of substrate, has an inverserelationship with the target concentration in the sample.
